Holly is easy to draw. Use Fireworks.

Use the pen tool to make the points of the leaves and shape the joining line using the Besier handles - see 'How to use the pen tool'

Use a gradient fill of shades of green to get the effect you want... include white if you want a shiny leaf.

Use the free transform and/or scale and distort to change the shape of the leaf, its orientation and size can also be changed...

Berries are simple - a sphere with a radial fill - you can alter the gradient centre to get different lighting efects...
